"I have been going to Katie Loveday for treatments regularly every month for over 2 years now. She is very friendly and always makes you feel welcome in her home. She is easy to talk to and I consider her a friend now rather than my beautician! . I recently had to go elsewhere for a treatment (pedicure) for my friends wedding (as the bride chose and booked it) and it was not the same - the beautician did not seem to care about what she was doing and seemed more interested in getting the job done as quick as possible. Katie always has time for you and wants to make the best possible outcome.
